At Urban Cookhouse, our motto is “Buy Local. Eat Urban.” This drives everything we do, including where we choose to grow. The right location is critical to delivering the guest experience our brand is known for, and we work closely with franchise partners and real estate professionals to identify sites that support long-term success.
Preferred Site Criteria
- 2,200–3,000 sq. ft.
- Patio seating with strong visibility
- Pick-up window preferred
- 7-day trade area with high daytime population
- Exterior signage on multiple sides of the building
- Minimum 30’ storefront
- Hood required
- Adequate lunch and dinner parking
- · Minimum traffic count of 20,000 VPD
Ideal Traffic Drivers
Sites should be in close proximity to:
- High-density residential areas
- Hospitals and office buildings
- Fitness centers
- High-end retail centers
- Grocery stores
Demographic Guidelines
- 3-mile population: 90,000+
- Median household income: $65,000+
